What materials are used in your cookware?
We use high-quality materials including professional-grade stainless steel, vibrant enameled cast iron, and non-toxic ceramic coatings designed for even heat distribution and durability.
Is Great Jones cookware dishwasher safe?
While many of our products are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing your pieces with warm soapy water to preserve the finish and longevity of the materials.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original packaging.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working hard to expand our shipping capabilities to more countries in the near future.
Can I use your pans on an induction stovetop?
Yes! All of our stainless steel and cast iron cookware is fully compatible with induction, gas, and electric stovetops.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
